PATRIOT Act , Anthrax, and Nerve Gas Threats

ACTION: Call PATRIOT Act turncoats on nerve gas threat

Just hours after sensors in a U.S. Senate office building detected a nerve agent, a number of key Senators announced a capitulation to the White House's demands on the renewal and expansion of the police state USA PATRIOT Act.

The following Senator's offices should be contacted on this. Ask Senate staffers if the Senators changed their view on the PATRIOT Act because they thought the nerve-agent incident was a threat by the White House. Ask if they changed their position out of fear of retribution.

Rick Santorum / John Kasper: Bumper Sticker Politics

These days, bumper stickers have replaced thinking and slogans have replaced coherent policy. Senator Rick Santorum (R- Pennsylvania, Republican Conference Chairman) thinks bumper sticker politics will fool the masses, and hopefully, the stickers will get the undecideds to think twice. Personally, I think Rick Santorum is mentally ill to be following the Republican party line that bloodshed in Iraq is okay for oil. A much better view of Bumper Sticker politics can be found in the views of the John Kasper Band and Anthony Krizan of the band Spin Doctors.

I found the best poem about George Bush I have seen so far out there on the net at badpoet It made my day. Give badpoet a look see and tell her how truly talented she is. badpoet cheers to you.

George only-slightly Drunk

George Only-Slightly Drunk

fell from his oily bunk

and with a loud ker-plunk

gouged from the floor a chunk

and when the hole did flood

with thousands’ precious blood

George Only-Slightly Drunk

in sorry mood did sunk.

He prayed to God,

Please save the oil.

The rest is only junk!

2% of Guantanamo Detainees Charged

2% of Guantanamo Detainees Charged

Only 2% of Guantanamo detainees have been charged with anything.

The average right winger will argue that the people in Guantanamo are terrorists and that the evil Bush regime is right to keep them imprisoned indefinitely without charge or trial.

2%! Just 10 guys out of hundreds! OBVIOUSLY there are no cases to be made against those prisoners. It is obvious that a lot of innocent people are being imprisoned by the US government without justification.

Not only is the National Security Agency (NSA) watching your email and computer traffic with Carnivore, and Altivore and your phones and computers with Echelon, but they also are monitoring you with a new trick. They now track you and watch what you type in search engines. Be careful what you type. Big Brother is watching you.

Ohio: Patriot Act, or Nazi Police State?

New Ohio Law Allows Cops to Request ID

The Evildoers must be quaking in their boots right about now.

Can you imagine how frightened all the wanna-be suicide bombers are over the thought of being asked for their name?? That provision alone will certainly thwart attacks, save lives, make Ohio and America safer, more secure and more peaceful.

Yea right. What a joke. What it all boils down to is that the new Neo-Nazis in Ohio have found another way to strip your rights away. Even if you haven't done a thing wrong, if an officer asks your name and you refuse to tell him you... (more)
